MOBILITY GUIDE

 A collection of stretches, movements, and massage techniques to get you moving and feeling less stiff.

It was back in March when I had the idea of creating an online guide for those who were stuck working from home or working in less than ideal ergonomic situations. I want to be able to motivate people to take care of their bodies, even if I am unable to treat them in person. I picked three categories of movement I thought were important and have filmed videos on how to work through the demonstrations.


What you can expect inside: 
The guide is priced at $25 and includes three sections of videos: stretches, movements, and massage techniques. Every section has videos of the movements along with a step by step instructions. The guide is self paced so you can start/stop/repeat the videos and choose which parts you'd like to work on each day.
